Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the
information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons :
firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best
possible service. We will not e-mail you in future unless it is about
your order, or you have give us your consent. We will not pass
your e-mail, or any personal information to any companies.
Delivery
We normally deliver the goods within 24 hours (Monday-Friday)
after receiving your payment. If we cannot send your goods within
48 hour then we will e-mail you and inform you of the delay.
(This hasn't happened yet).
For the customized item the delivery will takes within one weeks.
(The delivery detail will e-mail to you for the references)
No delivery charges for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
Repairs
We take great care and effort in making sure that our design can
withstand normal use. All jewelry is delivered in perfectly
assembled and wear-ready condition, allowing you to
immediately enjoy. We are not responsible for any repair on our
merchandise after delivery. If at any time repair work needed, after
the item has been delivered, there will be a RM15.00 labor fee per
item. If extra material are needed such as beads, pendants, clasps,
etc. then material costs will apply in addition to our labor fee.
The charges will need to be paid prior to the work being done.
Exchanges
We strive to ensure that all of our customer who purchase our
designs are completely satisified with their selection. In efforts
maintain our standard of quality and to provide all of our customers
with the best possible service and products, please read the following
to our jewelry exchange. Thank you.
Please notify us, via e-mail, of your intent to exchange your item
and :
1. The jewelry must returned to us within 14 days from the original
date of purchase, in its unworn, unaltered and ware-ready condition.
2. There are no return, refunds, re-imbursement or exchanges for
custom order, request for remake or special order.
